Moyai Privacy Policy
Moyai ("the App") is provided by Afzaal Ahmad ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you access the user and administrator experiences powered by Moyai and its connected services.
Information We Collect
- Account Details: Email address, username, and user ID captured during sign-in and account creation flows implemented in the application.
- Workspace & Project Content: Workspaces, projects, work items, comments, attachments, and customization data that you create or manage inside the app.
- Usage Data: Aggregated analytics such as workspace membership counts, feature usage, and activity summaries. Sensitive personal data is not collected.
- Attachments: Files and media uploaded through the App. Uploads are processed with secure signatures and stored by our media infrastructure provider.
- System Logs: Diagnostic logs (non-sensitive) may be generated in debug builds to help us monitor performance and resolve issues.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and keep workspace data synchronized.
- Monitor aggregated usage to improve features and reliability.
- Provide customer support and respond to user feedback.
- Send in-app notifications and optional email updates about workspace activity.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption at rest, and TLS in transit. Client-side tokens are encrypted before storage, and administrative areas of the App require authenticated, role-based access.
User Choices and Controls
- Update profile information, avatar, and preferences within the App.
- Contact support to request data export or deletion. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable laws.
- Manage in-app or OS-level notification preferences at any time.
International Users
Information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions different from your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of information in those jurisdictions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product improvements or legal requirements. When changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify users via the App or email where required.
